Starlyer 59来自加利福尼亚州的一个独立摇滚乐队，成立于1993年，由Jason Martin，Martin的弟弟Ronnie Martin 组成。 后来杰夫云，弗兰克特伦兹和理查德迅加入乐队。1993年底，乐队发行了首张专辑。1994年年中,该乐队又推出了他们的第二张专辑。
